At Equestrian Supplies Store, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (see below for details).

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Horse Feed and Treats
  • Horse Licks and Supplements
  • Horse Fly Control Products

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
